Notice is hereby given of the PARISH COUNCIL MEETING to be held on Wednesday 11th June 2025 commencing at 7pm, in Digby War Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering and resolving business as set out in this agenda. County and District Councillors, the press and members of Digby electorate are cordially invited to join the meeting.
Public Forum
The public forum will proceed for up to 15 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. This time allocation can be extended by resolution of the council.
District & County Councillors' Matters
After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5-minute report on the business of their relevant council
If none of the above are in attendance the Parish Council will resolve to commence the full council meeting as soon as possible.

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest & Applications of Dispensation (25/089)
a) To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

d) Update on the request for improvements to the footpath on Lincoln Road.
e) Update on the Old Pond area, North Street, information from Land Registry.
7. Highways (25/093)
a) To report any pot holes or Highways issues.
b) Update on the LCC volunteer days.
8. The Village Hall (25/094)
a) To acknowledge receipt of the minutes from the latest meeting of the committee, and any comments, if required.
b) To discuss the consequences of the Red Lion managing the bar in the village hall.
c) To discuss the maintenance of the village hall garden.
9. Drainage (25/095)
a) To discuss any further information update from the flood meeting.
b) To discuss possible removal of silt from the Beck.
10. Playing Field, Play Areas and Village General (25/096)
a) Report of monthly inspection of Play Equipment.
b) Progress of the Bowls Club Lease.
c) To report progress on the new play equipment project.
d) To discuss whether to set up a contract to have the play equipment and seating cleaned on a regular basis.
e) To consider sending out requests to cut back vegetation over hanging footpaths round the village.
f) To decide on the ‘Keep Dogs on Leads ‘signage for the playing field, and agree cost.
