Notice is hereby given of the PARISH COUNCIL MEETING to be held on Wednesday 8th October 2025 commencing at 7pm, in Digby War Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering and resolving business as set out in this agenda. County and District Councillors, the press and members of Digby electorate are cordially invited to join the meeting.
Public Forum
The public forum will proceed for up to 15 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. This time allocation can be extended by resolution of the council.
District & County Councillors' Matters
After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5-minute report on the business of their relevant council
If none of the above are in attendance the Parish Council will resolve to commence the full council meeting as soon as possible.

c) To consider and approve the move to a Gov.UK domain in line with the JPAG Practioners Guide 2025 as recommended by the External Auditors.

a) To acknowledge receipt of the minutes from the latest meeting of the committee, and any comments, if required.
b) To consider purchasing any additional shrubs if needed for the garden.

a) To plan how to move forward the proposed plan to reduce the surface water entering the village from the south and east.
b) To consider the quote for cutting the Beck next year.
c) To confirm the newsletter was produced and distributed.

b) To report on how the consultation went for the new play equipment project.
c) To approve the Chairman to sign as the lead applicant for the funding application to the FCC
