The meeting of Digby Parish Council will be held on Monday 10th January 2022 commencing at 7pm, in Digby War Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering and resolving business as set out in this agenda. County and District Councillors, the press and members of Digby electorate are cordially invited to join the meeting.
It is requested masks are worn.
Public Forum
The public forum will proceed at 7pm for up to 15 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. This time allocation can be extended if required at the discretion of the Chairman.
District & County Councillors' Matters
After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5 minute report on the business of their relevant council
If none of the above are in attendance the Parish Council will resolve to commence the full council meeting as soon as possible.

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest & Applications of Dispensation (22/003)
a) To receive reports on Members' Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in relation to agenda items and to receive any applications for Dispensation in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Signing of the Minutes (22/004)
a) To resolve to accept the notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 8th November 2021 as a true and accurate record of that meeting.

6. General Parish Matters (22/006)
a) Update on measures to reduce speeding.
b) Grant request from Digby Elves.
c) Update on village beacon and possible site.
d) New phone contract required for parish council - Pay as You Go system finishing.
e) To update the Councillors Areas of Responsibilities and the Defib rota.
f) To confirm reinbursing the Chairman for the tree purchased for the Christmas Tree Festival.
7. Highways (22/007)
a) To report any pot holes or Highways issues and discuss issues raised on the walk about with Highways
8. The Village Hall (22/008)
a) To acknowledge receipt of the minutes from the latest meeting of the committee, and any comments, if required.
b) Update on the Village Hall garden maintenance. The removal of the Berberis and consider a replacement broom.
9. Drainage (222/009)
a) To consider the EA review of the Beck - correspondence received from EA
10. Playing Field, Play Areas and Village General (22/010)
a) Report on the monthly inspection of the Play Equipment
b) Update on the grant application for new outdoor gym equipment.
c) Update on progress of Spires and Steeples footpath No.5 and to authorise Cllr. Fry to act on behalf of the council in this matter
d) To consider booking councillors on the training for play Equipment Inspections provided by LALC.
e) Review of village assets - Visual inspection report carrried out by the Clerk
11. Allotments (22/011)
a) To report on any updates from the Allotment Committee.

a) To note bank balances and approve bank reconciliation
