The meeting of Digby Parish Council will be held on Monday 13th September 2021 commencing at 7pm, in Digby War Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering and resolving business as set out in this agenda. County and District Councillors, the press and members of Digby electorate are cordially invited to join the meeting.

 

It is requested masks are worn.

 

Public Forum

The public forum will proceed at 7pm for up to 15 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council.  This time allocation can be extended if required at the discretion of the Chairman.

District & County Councillors' Matters

After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5 minute report on the business of their relevant council

 

If none of the above are in attendance the Parish Council will resolve to commence the full council meeting as soon as possible.

a) To discuss the outcome of recent meeting with LCC Flood Officer.

10. Playing Field, Play Areas and Village General (21/140)

a) Report on the monthly inspection of the Play Equipment and discuss RoSPA annual report.

b) Update on the bin at the playing field

c) To report on the progress of the planning for the playing field improvements.

d) To discuss improving the footpath entrance of the field from B1188.

e) To consider request to use the strimmer at the Churchyard.

f) Spires and Steeples footpath - To ask LCC about accessibility for all footpath No.5
