Public Forum
The public forum will proceed at 7pm for up to 5 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. This time allocation can be extended if required at the discretion of the Chairman.
District & County Councillors' Matters
After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5 minute report on the business of their relevant council

a) To receive reports on Members' Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in relation to agenda items and to receive any applications for Dispensation in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

a) To resolve to accept the notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 20th Jan 2021 as a true and accurate record of that meeting.

a) To consider a Parish Council Facebook account
b) To update on cleaning the glass, including the roof, of the bus shelter.
c) To consider LALC Annual Training Scheme and a training policy for councillors and Clerk.
d) Update on the Manor Farm development numbering.
e) Progress update on bench installations
7. Highways
a) To report any pot holes or Highways issues
b) To discuss re-positioning and replacing the temporary 30mph restriction signs
8. The Village Hall
a) To acknowledge receipt of the minutes from the latest meeting of the committee, and any comments, if required.
b) To consider cleaning the gates and electric box within the garden area.
c) To consider continuing with the lawns 3 times a year.
9. Drainage
a) Update on the work needed on Greendykes and to discuss any response received from Environment Agency.
10. Playing Field, Play Areas and Village General
a) Report on the monthly inspection of the Play Equipment
b) To discuss whether an area to permit free running of dogs should be provided.
c) To discuss action required for dyke along southern boundary of the playing field.
d) To discuss ground maintenance contracts for 2021

a) To report on any updates from the Allotment Committee

a) To note bank balances and approve bank reconciliation
