The public forum will proceed at 7pm for up to 5mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council.
DISTRICT & COUNTY COUNCILLORS’ MATTERS
From 7.05pm each Councillorwill providea 5 minute report on the business of their relevant council.
POLICE
From 7.20pm the local PCSO will givea 5min report.
If none of the above arein attendance the Parish Council will RESOLVE to commence the full council meeting as soon as possible.

1. DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATION
a) To receive reports on Members’ Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in relation to agenda items and to receive applications for Dispensation in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. SIGNING OF THE MINUTES
a) To resolveto accept the notes of the Annual Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 15th July 2020 as a true and accuraterecord of that meeting.

a) To discuss how to prevent rubbish being deposited in old pond area of North Street
b) To discuss the progress of the area of sunken footpath off North Street
c) To update on the progress of the ‘Happy to Chat’ bench.
d) To discuss ‘Dog Fouling’
e) To confirm the Litter Picking Grant from NKDC has been applied for.
7. HIGHWAYS
a) To report any potholes or highways problems.
b) To report the overgrown hedge on the railway bridge.
c) To consider a request for a 40mph speed limit on B1188 within the village boundary
d) To discuss repair work to BT cable laying.
8. THE VILLAGE HALL
a) To discuss the clothes bank in the car park
b) To discuss Village Hall rep from the Parish Council
9. DRAINAGE
a) To report any updates from IDB or the Environment Agency.
b) To report on the meeting with the Environmental Agency regarding The Beck
10. PLAYING FIELD, PLAY AREAS AND VILLAGE GENERAL
a) Report on monthly play equipment inspection. RoSPA to inspect 21st Aug
b) To consider removing a tree opposite No11 North Street and self-seeded Elder on school boundary
c) To consider any works from the Asset inspection carried out by the Clerk.

e) Bonfire at Grainfield Site – Environmental Services informed of a bonfire on 31 st Jul
f) Alleged Code of Conduct reported, NKDC Monitoring Officer to follow up, if required.
g) NKDC – Changes to Ward Boundaries- consultation
