Public Forum
The public forum will proceed at 7pm for up to 5 mins, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. This time allocation can be extended if required at the discretion of the Chairman.
District & County Councillors' Matters
After the Public Forum each councillor will provide a 5 minute report on the business of their relevant council

1. Chairman's Opening Remarks

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest & Applications of Dispensation
a) To receive reports on Members' Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in relation to agenda items and to receive any applications for Dispensation in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Signing of the Minutes
a) To resolve to accept the notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 18th Nov 2020 as a true and accurate record of that meeting.

6. General Parish Matters
a) To confirm the old pond area of North Street has been cut
b) To update on the progress of the 'Happy to Chat' bench
c) To review the Freedom of Information and Publication Policy
d) Update on the new LCC Website for Parish Councils and consider an honorarium payment for the help received in preparing the site.
e) To discuss the House Numbering on Manor Farm development.
f) To consider the repairs to the bus shelter – quote for the replacement glass.
g) To confirm annual return for the Mary Gresswell Trust has been sent to the Charity Commission
7. Highways
a) To report any pot holes or Highways issues
8. The Village Hall
a) To acknowledge receipt of the minutes from the latest meeting of the committee, and any comments, if required.
b) To report 2 lights out on the footway lighting and issues with the power from the distribution box.
9. Drainage
a) Update on the work needed on Greendykes and to discuss any response received from Environment Agency.
10. Playing Field, Play Areas and Village General
a) Report on the monthly inspection of the Play Equipment
b) To consider the quote for 2x toddler swing seats
c) To discuss any further suggestions about additional equipment for the playing field
d) To consider the quote for various maintenance works required around the village, i.e setting benches, a bin, tightening bolts etc.
11. Allotments
a) To report on any updates from the Allotment Committee
b) To confirm the Allotment field rent invoice has been sent.
12. Finance
a) To note bank balances and approve bank reconciliation
b) To note any income received.
